Crossing both recent and old lava flows, volcanic cones, eruptive fissures, lava caves, unspoilt woodland, endemic plant meadows and breathtaking views. Four different, varying in degree of difficulty, daylong excursions have been selected in this section, which highlight the natural characteristics of the great volcano Etna’s flanks.
